Key Selection Criteria (Essential) A minimum of Cert III in Community Services, Disability, Mental health or Cert III Home & Community Care and Personal Care. Experience in working with people with mental health Experience in providing personal care A proven ability to communicate effectively A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy Ability to accept direction and work in solo environments Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding working with diversity within a community service environment A valid Blue Card/Yellow Card NDIS Worker module Current Driver’s License and fully registered and insured roadworthy vehicle First aid and CPR A mobile phone that has access to data This position requires a basic level of fitness. 10.01.2022 Medication Assistance - We will provide a fully trained support worker/s who will assist at the time the medication is required.

06.01.2022 Therapeutic Supports - We have Therapeutic Support staff that are available to support you with your goals.

05.01.2022 Sleepovers - This service is ideal for the person who lives alone and wants to remain in their own home. It can also provide peace of mind for family members - to know that their loved one has someone in the house at night to monitor and care for them as needed. Sleepover support is also a way to provide respite for the regular carer - who can enjoy a night out or away knowing that their loved one is well cared for.
