Q sends some tasting notes: I get berries and pepper with a hint of anise on both the front and mid palate. Long finish on the back palate with a spicy smoky finish. Served with Binalong Scotch fillet and cafe de Paris butter, patatas bravas and braised Brussels sprouts. Glorious. Genuinely surprised by the smoothness and length on the palate. Drinks like it has serious age!
