Brown off your beef cheeks in a heavy based oven proof pot (or skip this step if your lazy) 2. Brown some diced onions on medium heat in olive oil, add diced garlic until it starts smelling delish ... 3. Add a can of diced tomato, 1 cup of beef stock and a good splash of red wine to the cheeks in the pot or oven tray until its covered (hold the tomato if youd like) 4. Add diced carrots, potatoes and sautéed onion and garlic 5. Pop the lid on, slide in the oven for 3.5 hours - chuck some bay leaves and/or thyme in if you have it lying around Serve on mash or polenta or bloody burnt toast, I dont care xx See more
