23.01.2022 So. This was tough. I'm man enough to admit some tears where shead during the making of this piece. Don't be mislead by the title! Did you know that public speaking is statically the greatest fear people have? Rated above that of even death? I was absolutely frightened of 'reading out loud' as we used to call it in school as it would trigger my #dyslexia and then #anxiety ...so writing is one thing, but reading a script for me is a real task. I have no training in performanc...e besides teaching but, I hope I got this right. So, It's storytime! Due to the encouragement of some of my family and friends I have started to record some of my writing. This piece is the second part of a self-non-help book/blog I am working on called "Everyday Magic (aka -you're right, you're wrong) which I will be posting on reddit, my blog and a few other places with the view that hopefully someone will like it enough to publish it. I'll be also putting these smaller pieces together with some interviews and conversations I have had (and will have in the future) into a proper 30-45min podcast which then be available on all the usual podcasting platforms. So please check it out and comment with any suggestions, thoughts or tips! 16.01.2022 Our community garden is flowering! Pop past, it is in Sykes lane (just behind the studio, but where Google maps leads you if your looking for the studio)
