23.01.2022 Dear All, I hope this finds you well. The benefits of having a regular mindfulness/meditation practice are numerous and scientifically proved. We feel that now more than ever it is important to keep up such practice and enjoy its benefits. Our Mindfulness & Meditation classes will be running online starting from Monday 30/3/20.... I will be sending you a recorded mindfulness session every Monday, which you will then be able to listen to at your convenience. The cost remains $12 per session. We ask that you pay for 6 weeks in advance. 08.01.2022 We had an outage at my place this morning and my PC, laptop, TV, DVD, iPad & my new surround sound music system were all shut down. Then I discovered that my iPhone battery was flat and to top it off it was raining outside, so I couldn't play golf. I went into the kitchen to make coffee and then I remembered that this also needs power, so I sat down and talked with my... wife for a few hours. She seems like a nice person.
