This part reflects why I have never resonated with the term 'my other half': So if you meet someone who's you're other half for a time, whether in intimacy or friendship, the deeper truth is they're not really there to complete you. 25.01.2022 Rock what you’ve got!!!! When I got my glasses I was Soooooo pleased as my headaches went from often to sometimes. It didn’t occur to me not to like them I LOVE them!!!! 19.01.2022 Here’s a funny story about inner knowingThe day I met my husband he arrived at my house as a mutual friend was introducing us to be potential flatmates. He arrived with these tiny little ice creams in Japan called pino. They’re super yummy and super cute. I knew instantly that this was not something he would normally do or buy it touched me that he chose to bring the ice cream that night. It was kind of cute that he was trying to impress but also that he just thought two... women living in a flat obviously need ice cream. This kind of inner knowing is really important to listen to whether in love, in business or in life generally. When we feel like we know something it’s not a belief it’s a knowing, it’s really important to follow those signals. So this knowing about the man that would be my life partner was an indication that I had met someone special and it was really good that I listened to that knowing because at first my brain came up with all kinds of judgements and reasons why we shouldn’t be together. 14.01.2022 If you’ve still got energy in the past, it might be time to release your ex, energetically. What does this mean? You have already broken up then why do you need to release them? If you’re still spending quite a lot of time with them and trying to be friends before you’ve reached a time when you feel neutral about it and it’s very easy to be friends, that could be an indication that you need to release them. Even if you’re not spending time with them any more, or you’ve come... to the place of acceptance and friendship with them there might be some releasing to do. Here is a process - a powerful way to release them. It’s called seven letters. Write seven letters to your ex on paper. The first letter should be full of all the things you simply cannot say, even if you fill it with swear words, unfulfilled hopes things you would never say! Just go for it. When is that it is finished screw it up and throw it in the bin, or burn it. Then write six more letters in the same vein, each time allow yourself to cry if you need to laugh if you need to and each time screw the piece of paper up and throw it in the bin or burn it. When you get to the seventh letter endeavour to write a letter that you could send. You’re NOT going to send it this letter is for you to know how much you have released them and how free and easy feel about it now. It’s called being human I struggle to be skillful at times too we all do that. It’s just a matter of noticing ourselves doing something that isn’t resonant with how we truly want to live. Then next time making a different choice. Lately I’ve been getting angry at my adorable, divine kids just a bit too often. It’s not their fault but the constant stressors of life, sibling rivalry and the fact that children know how to press our every button so very well just gets to me at times. And that’s okay! I’m very happy to be honest about this because I believe it’s important to be authentic and also to share with each other so we release that desire to strive for perfection. Perfection doesn’t even exist! Good people do exist! they are everywhere!!!! and that includes abundant potential partners for you they exist and they are out there. We only need to look at the community spirit from the recent fires in Queensland to know that people really do love to support each other. You are good, I am good humans are essentially good. So any belief that you’re not good enough to have the love that you want - take that belief into the ocean and release it while you’re in there. Take it into your meditation, into your tapping whatever you need to do to release such a belief. Because you are totally worthy of love and your special someone is waiting for you to go out there and meet them so that together you can welcome lasting love. I believe in you beautiful one.
