Then as Head of Innovation for Cheil Worldwide he helped re-engineer the agency from a one-client business to become one of the fastest growing and most interesting agencies in London. His role is to bring Michael’s vision to life. Before taking up his role Brad spent many years working in and around the startup ecosystems in both North America and Europe.
