24.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE Following the latest #COVID19 advice from the SA State Government and Community Centres SA, we have made the difficult decision to suspend our in-person programs (English classes, Chai and Conversation, gardening programs) for the next two weeks, with most of our staff members working from home. Please call for support instead of visiting, especially if you are feeling unwell or have been in an affected area recently.... We will keep you updated as advice and directions change. We apologise for this inconvenience, but are committed to the safety of our community, staff and volunteers. Stay safe, maintain social distancing, - we'll get through this. Together. 23.01.2022 Can you help us to stock the pantry this week? We're particularly short on a few items and would love any donations to help stock the pantry and fill our grocery hampers! Hundreds of people access the Welcoming Centre pantry every week, either in person or through our home deliveries program, thanks to your generous support.... - sugar - flour - green and black tea - coconut milk and coconut cream - olive oil - canned tomatoes - lentils (dry and canned) - rice - pasta - toilet paper - cleaning supplies - size 6 nappies #SayWelcome #StrongerTogether

11.01.2022 We’re so excited to be able to meet for #covidsafe Chai and Conversation again! Just look at those socially distanced muffins! Every Tuesday from 4pm, come along to the Welcoming Centre to practice English, play games, get help with homework or job-seeking and cv writing; or just hang out with great community and good friends! #StrongerTogether
