I Love love love this time of year because for me it is so magical, we create memories to last and most of all we share the #love but on the flip side for me at this very moment I may not be able to tell you what day it is, my head is making sure I've got everyone a and I'm also very aware that our small milestones over this period are coming thick and fast....which only means one thing! 03.01.2022 You only fail when YOU stop trying! So this week I’ve returned to exercise after I fell off the box, doing a box jump (silly move )....so 4 weeks later I’m back!! Not great in a 8 week challenge, HOWEVER I didn’t give up totally. I continued with my meal prep and actually lost weight which is fabulous!! But the point is I didn’t give up, I didn’t stop, I didn’t fail and I kept my eye on the prize and I stuck to my goal (even though on a different path). How can you remain on the path to your goal even when you may want to stop? What small steps can you do to keep your eye on the prize? #couragebeforeconfidence #welkinlife #goals
