23.01.2022 Happy Friday. Looking at heading away? We have availability’s for the rest of the year so if popping away for the weekend or taking off with the family for a week or so we can help look after your pets

21.01.2022 We still have availability for the rest of the year including the Xmas break if you are looking to get away and need your furry/feathered friends looked after.

18.01.2022 Did you know feeding native birds can alter natural behaviour and harm their health? It creates an unhealthy dependence on humans and the food is often not suit...ed to their physiology. Additionally, it can draw birds into unsafe areas where they may be predated on. Feeding native birds without a licence is now an offence under the new Biodiversity Conservation Act. Feeding commercially available bird seed can also spread weeds and may be a blend that isn’t suitable to native birds. Instead, you can play your part by having native plants and shrubs in your garden, so birds have access to natural food sources. More info on having a bird friendly garden is available at https://perthzoo.wa.gov.au//do-your-p/bird-friendly-garden. Read more about feeding native birds in the winter edition of LANDSCOPE magazine, out now in newsagents and online at shop.dbca.wa.gov.au

17.01.2022 A fun few days with these gorgeous pets. Thank you to KD for having us back to look after them. They were always up for a cuddle and a tummy rub .

07.01.2022 Just a reminder as it’s hotting up

07.01.2022 We were lucky enough to walk/visit this gorgeous energetic boy again over the weekend. Nitro gets so excited for his walks and is always happy to see us.

05.01.2022 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED Do you live in or near Mandurah, Erskine, Falcon, Dawesville or Parmelia and could offer some walks to these beautiful dogs who are wait...ing patiently for some walks or additional walks? If you are a current POOPS volunteer then please get in contact with the Coastal South Area Coordinator - Bethwyn. If you would like to sign up as a volunteer then please fill in an application form: https://www.poopswa.org.au/volunteer-application/ Bella || The delightful 8 month old fluff ball. Bella is hoping for a walker/walkers for 5 days a week for the rest of this year while her owner recovers from surgery. Bella was attacked at the beach so walks only on footpaths or local parks, no beach trips. Coco || She is a Bali hound who means the world to her owner who paid thousands to bring her home when she returned from Bali and Coco spent 9 months in quarantine. Coco's owner can’t currently give Coco the exercise she needs and as you can see, she needs some long walks a few days a week to drop some of those quarantine kgs. Coco is a sweet girl who loves to sniff and is very easy to walk although she could benefit with some lead training. Holly || A one year old with lots of energy, who likes to get out to meet new people. Holly lives with her owner in a lifestyle village but wants to get to see some more of the world. Holly is easy to walk and would like a few walks a week. Billie || Looking for a few extra walks as she is an energetic pup who needs regular walks to exert some energy. Lucy and Yellow || These two are large but really gentle dogs. They can be a little nervy but are not aggressive in any way. They love to walk or run off lead in safe areas. The first walk will be under the direction of their current walker. Sasha || She is currently getting some lead education with a volunteer but needs a regular walker. She is a lovely dog who loves to sniff but is not ready for off lead runs (yet). The first walk will be under the direction of her current walker.

02.01.2022 School holidays are coming up soon and if you need your pets looked after in their home while you are gone please contact us. We have vacancy’s and can visit your pets daily for their walk/feed etc . Pic of our Boston getting a cuddle infront of the fire (spoilt).
