23.01.2022 Honey, Soy and Garlic pork perfect for this weather 1/3 cup of honey 1/4 cup light soy sauce ( fountain soy sauce is gluten free and works well for this recipe)... 3 Garlic Cloves crushed 1 tablespoon sesame oil 4 x pork cutlets Method Combine honey,soy,garlic and 2 tablespoons of water set aside. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat Add pork and cook until browned. Add honey mixture cook until glaze thickens turning half way. When pork is cooked to your liking serve with steamed rice or fresh salad. Happy Thursday
