20.01.2022 Good morning, another week with faith and strength. It's tough, but YOU ARE TOUGHER. Have you seen a toddler learning to walk? Every time they fall on the floor, what do they do? They TRY to stand up RIGHT AWAY!!!!! The toughness and resilience are inside our blood. WE CAN DO IT, just one step at a time.
17.01.2022 We all love superhero stories/movies. It's because we can all relate to it...we have our own superhero inside ourselves. Have you offered help to other people when they need it? Have you cheered your friends up when they have challenging time? Have you sent a little message to one of your loved ones to tell them, you will be there for them? Are you trying your hardest everyday at work, at school, to do things because you know you have to try your best? We are our own superhero. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT...AND WE CAN DO IT.

That's excellent, your body and mind are reminding you, get a good break. Always remember, you totally deserve a good one. Just like after exercise, recovery is important. Have a good relaxing and restful weekend.
