08.01.2022 Monday night Yoga at 6pm at Cooee Bay Sports Complex. There is a Covid management plan in place with sanitisers to use and sign in book as well as need to space ourselves out in the large hall under a serene blanket of fairy lights. A 60 minute vinyasa flow class suitable for beginners and experienced, followed by 10 to 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation. $10 a class:)

03.01.2022 My apologies. Monday night Yoga at Cooee Bay Sports Complex has been cancelled till Monday the 13th of July. I look forward to seeing you all on Monday the 13th of July:) Sending love light and prayers to everybody. There are a lot of online options to continue ones practice of yoga and mindfulness.It is better to be as preventative as we possibly can be during this unprecedented time.
