23.01.2022 How do you communicate effectively when wearing a mask? Show your smile in your eyes! Great tips here

23.01.2022 Mary Ceccanese and I have been busy writing and creating a deck of High-Quality Connection Cards (HQCs) that contain practical ways to build skills to amplify the quality of your interactions with others to better connect and communicate. Based on Jane Dutton's work on High-Quality Connections, this tool supports the development of positive working relationships. Try out these 2 sample cards. One is from the fourth pathway to building HQCs -- Task Enabling (TE) -- and the other card is a Toxicity Tamer (TT). This fifth set of cards (TT) provide us with useful options when we encounter interactions that are not high quality -- those that have a negative impact on us and our working relationships. We look forward to releasing the card set soon. #HQC
