19.01.2022 We are looking forward to seeing you back in the studio. We've made some changes to suit the times- see our Health & Safety Guidelines https://wellcentred.com.au/health-safety-guidelines/ . Email us at [email protected] if you want to do a studio session.

18.01.2022 It's been lovely to see many of you back in the studio for sessions since we partially reopened on the 15th June. There is still room on Wednesday evenings, Thursday and Saturday mornings if you want to venture back or do some extra classes. Monday evenings are pretty full though. We were hoping to transition more sessions back into the studio in August but the current situation suggests it's not appropriate to do that yet. The online classes continue to be a good option for... lots of you and it seems clear commuting to work is to be avoided for quite a bit longer and anyone who needs to be extra cautious will continue to do so. So we are sticking with the current schedule for the immediate future and will review it in mid August once we see how this current wave turns out. You should be able to book your sessions and classes in August as you have been, but let us know if you're not finding what you want. We are able to be a bit flexible with Privates (online or in the studio) so you can always email your request and we can see what we can do.

17.01.2022 Our trial virtual Pilates classes are going really well. One of our clients sent us pictures of Joni the cat waiting to join Michelle's class. Joni was especially good doing at cat stretches!

02.01.2022 Even though we are now mostly back in the studio, we still have a few Group Classes online, including our Tai Chi based class with Nigel Burley on Sunday mornings. A number of us have been doing this consistently for 5 months and have now learned the full "Short Form" (or 24 Form) routine. Well, maybe learned is a bit exaggerated - we've been taught it ,and attempt to execute it without bumping into the wall or end up facing the wrong way with the wrong arm on top. I can at...test that it is a very grounding, centering and calming way to spend an hour on Sunday morning. It's also very good for improving motor control and balance and complements the Pilates approach nicely. Of course, learning anything new is good for the little grey cells and an ideal diversion from the troubles of the world. The Short Form routine does take a bit of learning and we realised that joining the class now might seem a bit daunting. So Nigel has kindly agreed to start from the beginning again and teach the Short Form from scratch over a 4 week period starting on the 13th September. This means that, for that 4 week period, most of the hour class will be learning the sequence so you can catch up for future classes. From the 5th week, the format will revert to the first half being "practice" (including qigong) and the second half being the Form. Email if you have any questions and tell your friends!
