21.01.2022 Theres a great feeling around the school as teachers and students celebrate book week by dressing up as their favorite book character and listen to Dr Camerons workshops. Today we also celebrate the art of Japanese calligraphy as our students take part in painting Kanji (Japanese symbols) for their bookmarks.

20.01.2022 This morning we were visited by the Rotary club of Salisbury. They gifted each teacher with a coffee voucher for all the work during COVID times. We thank the Salisbury Rotary Club for their kindness and support not just of teachers but of all responders.

18.01.2022 A new addition to the Wellers Hill family ... an electronic sign at the intersection of Weller and Toohey Roads. This is to replace our old sign with magnetic letters. Stay tuned for when the electricity is connected and the new sign is working! Big thank you to our amazing P&C for sponsoring the sign and beautification around the sign so it fits is so perfectly.

18.01.2022 Sustainability update: We now have 4 recycle bins for commingled recyclables. These bins we will be used to increase the amount of recycling we can do as a school community. Garbage Grabbers!! A group of year 5 students have founded a group to collect rubbish a couple of lunch times a week to keep our school clean.

Animal waste can be hazardous to our children who learn and play on the ovals. 12.01.2022 We are excited to invite students to wear free dress tomorrow in celebration of the last day of term. Please remember that students need to wear closed in shoes and sun safe clothes that cover their shoulders.
