25.01.2022 Wellington Art Art Trail is POSTPONED!!! With Covid-19 it has been decided that we will postpone from the 5th of July to later in the year. This is giving us an opportunity to come up with some extra ideas to make this event EXTRA awesome!!! If you are an Artist with your own studio and you would be interested in opening your doors please let us know at [email protected] ASAP! We are looking at opening the Art Trail up to a BIGGER area -Wellington, Wongarbon, Dubbo, Yeoval, Stuart Town, Molong, Bakers Swamp, Dunedoo, ... opening for TWO days and having buses!!!

20.01.2022 News of Wellington Arts 2820 first ‘Portrait Artist of the Year’ event is spreading throughout the Central West. ....would like to run the event again but welcomed the idea of running heats in other towns such as Orange and Dubbo and then holding the final where the competition began in Wellington.

13.01.2022 UPDATE!!!!! Due to Covid restrictions the Art & Sculpture FESTIVAL format has had to change.. Change of venue and N...ow will be an exhibition! The ART & SCULPTURE EXHIBITION is going AHEAD!!! ART, SCULPTURES and FIRE BUCKETS will be on exhibition at the Wellington CIVIC CENTRE September 5 and 6 !!!!! And so the PEOPLES CHOICE VOTING is still going ahead!!! We will also be putting photos of the Art, Sculptures and Fire Buckets on to Facebook for your voting!! ***These will be in photo albums on our page as per category of prizes from Saturday 5 September 2020 10am. ***Facebook Voting will be open until 1pm Sunday 6 September 2020. By liking the photo of your favourite piece, the works with the most votes in each category will be the People Choice Winners. ***Pieces that are for sale will have the prices in the comments. To purchase an art work you will need to comment on the post and message our page to confirm payment details, you will have 24 hours to pay for the piece. An Art piece will not be SOLD until payment has been received. Please DO put a NIL (next in line) if you are interested in a particular piece but someone has put a sold on it before you! 05.01.2022 Due to Covid-19 and the restrictions on numbers of people whom can gather, it has been decided that we are cancelling the 2020 Wellington Art Trail that was to be held in July. We will be back in 2021 with more galleries, more artists and more for you the art enthusiasts.
