22.01.2022 October was Mental Health Month and it was a busy month for me promoting mental health courses and increasing public awareness of mental illness. I delivered a mix of mental health education programs to Australians of all ages because Mental Health Matters. The November Mental Health First Aid course is running on 11th & 12th of this month with places still available: https://mhfa.com.au/courses/public/60472... It's so good to be back doing face-to face course with appropriate physical distancing and hygiene practices in place as I think we are all feeling a bit "Zoomed out" presently. After years of occupying a place on the terrace and never flowering my Gardenia has burst into bloom blessed by rain I've no doubt. Now that boost my mental happiness.................

21.01.2022 A while back I conducted some Mental Health First Aid Courses in Murwillumbah and have been asked when I would do some more of this type of training. I have tentatively planned for 24th & 25th March this year to do the Standard course and listed this course on Mental Health First Aid's website: https://mhfa.com.au/courses/public/70261 This is a 2 day face-to-face training session with appropriate spacing and Covid-19 protocols in place. I have intentions of also running the 1/2 day Mental Health course for the Suicidal Person if there is sufficient interest. 04.01.2022 I'm very much looking forward to meeting the participants of the MHFA Standard Course on the 13th & 14th October, it's been a sell out. Due to popular demand, I am putting another MHFA Course on the following week, 21st & 22nd October in Sydney CBD to cope with the need. The face-to-face course delivery offers the best learning outcomes and it is the preferred method of delivery by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
