25.01.2022 Gelato throughout Italy was my total weakness and I'll be honest and say I had it every single day! Yep, 10 days straight and without an ounce of guilt! (they definitely weren't all this big) . . BUT I compensated! I made sure that I walked LOADS every day (averaged around 10km per day), took the stairs at every opportunity, actively explored by going on treks etc., drank heaps of water, took my vitamins, ate healthy breakfasts and chose salads and plenty or veggies, green ...juices where ever possible! . .
