23.01.2022 There are days when you go out into the garden to pick some #veggies and you think your basket is way too large. That your little harvest will look underwhelming. Today was not one of those days. I only went out to collect a few things for friends that moved house, recently. Knowing that they haven't had much time to get a new #veggiegarden up and running. I think they'll be happy with this #bounty . (More tomatoes, beans and peas, beneath all of the greenery.)

19.01.2022 Feeling well nourished ... Mushrooms, kale and parmesan, on seedy sourdough toast. Yum!

16.01.2022 It's a jungle out there ... After a weekend of divine, quenching rain the vegetation has wild. Need to cut new bamboo stakes for some of the tomatoes. Another good harvest. Dehydrator is working overtime: thyme, oregano, parsley, cherry tomatoes and more calendula flowers.

10.01.2022 First harvest from my very own mulberry tree ... promise of many purple fingers to come.

04.01.2022 And so, the experimentation continues. New batch of dough, repeating a recipe that worked first time. Making sure it wasn't beginner's luck, with a slightly larger volume, this time. Work on the new book progresses, if a little slowly, between massaging clients.
