It is so important for women to lift weights an...d build their muscle mass and strength. It won’t make you big, it’ll make you strong, toned and reduce body fat. Here are more reasons of why You need to include a resistance program in your training; - Protects your bones; so important as we get older and makes us less prone to injury.
