02.01.2022 Winter is coming but it feels like spring with new beginnings and positive emotions after the lifting of restriction being announced! It has been a long journey for all but we learn resilience and new ways of being innovative. Our online classes have had great response and our out door sessions have given us the opportunity to enjoy Mother Nature now more than ever. *Our group classes will be coming back to a normal routine in June with the Thursday evening class remaining... online for the duration of winter. * Our one on one PT sessions will continue to run till then and beyond. *Remedial massage treatments have now been announced as Essential Service by the government and our clinic is open for bookings.
