25.01.2022 Is it possible to NOT FEEL negative emotions? According to the Tao tradition, as taught by Master Mantak Chia, emotions are NOT BAD. We are meant to experience them and learn from them. However, problems arise when those emotions get STUCK in our physical bodies... This is when they become really hard to extract and cause all sorts of blockages in the body meridians (energy channels). This, in turn, affects how well the energy circulates across vital systems and organs, how well the blood and lymph flow, digestion works etc. Sounds have been used for healing purposes by native people all over the world for THOUSANDS of years. In the same way, certain words have an impact on water crystals (see Masaro Emoto’s research for more information about it), certain SOUNDS can have a profound healing effect on our cells. The trick is to LEARN to make a sound, corresponding to the emotion that needs healing. The best way of learning is through practice. 25.01.2022 How are you feeling today? If something is not working out in your life the way you would like it to, can you allow yourself to be sad about it? If something is frustrating you right now, how would it feel to allow yourself to be frustrated?... Very often we tend to go through life, trying to get things done, tasks accomplished, projects completed. Deep inside we subconsciously expect things to just work out, and when they don't, we often get quite disappointed, discouraged, resentful, and even depressed. The moment you are feeling the breakdown is starting to happen it is so important to remember to 1STOP 2BREATHE IN 3BREATHE OUT 4and simply ALLOW yourself to feel whatever you are experiencing. 17.01.2022 7 Physical Conditions I Healed In yesterday's post, I talked about the connection between suppressed emotions and physical illnesses, and how it is possible to heal a condition by working on your emotional state. Today I'd like to share 7 Physical Conditions I healed in my body, using tools and techniques I teach, combined with natural remedies.... 1. Irregular heavy period and really bad PMS, which I had for years, eventually went away after a few months of looking into the deep root causes of those symptoms. 2. Astigmatism (blurred vision) cleared in under 6 months with no other remedies. 3. Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Leaky Gut Syndrome, and Duodenal Ulcer. This one definitely took longer than a couple of months to eventually improve. Despite taking numerous medications, supplements, and natural remedies I used to only be able to eat certain foods. My nutrient absorption was at its minimum due to the leaky gut. My energy level was below the ground. Stress levels were through the roof. Eventually, after a lot of emotional healing, I was able to re-introduce all of the foods into my diet without feeling any irritation or bloating. 4. A seasonal allergy took a few months to clear completely, and it has not come back since then. 5. A knee pain which I had for over 6 months kept getting worse before I started looking into its emotional causes. It took about 2 months to feel no pain at all. 6. Painfully inflamed birthmark literally healed in 2 days after I got a really deep insight from within about which emotion got stuck there and cleared it. 7. 16.01.2022 I often work with people who are not satisfied with the results they are getting from their prescribed medications. My personal journey also started when I followed the advice of multiple mainstreams and alternative medicine specialists, but didn't see the desired long-term improvements in my health. 11.01.2022 Have you ever caught yourself thinking: "I have tried using AFFIRMATIONS so many times, but it seems to me that is all a bit of a wishy-washy thing that doesn't really do anything"? The simple repetition of a positive affirmation MAY NOT bring the desired result if you have an opposite belief about yourself or the world imprinted on a DEEPER subconscious level.... It can be something you might have picked up from your parents, peers, teachers, etc. The subconscious mind's role is to protect us. So, its default way is to simply put a label ultimate "TRUTH" and "NORM" on everything that happens to us until the age of 7 years old, until we are consciously ready to re-write it. Therefore, when you try to rewrite that "truth" by positively affirming a certain statement, it will often simply get discarded by your subconscious mind. Instead, once you have identified an area where you would like to change your Limiting Beliefs, Attitudes, or Negative Thought patterns, you can use various tools and techniques for that. Once you do find the proper technique, you might remember the time when you accepted those "erroneous" beliefs that are no longer serving you and can choose to let them go. 06.01.2022 As I mentioned earlier, working with physical issues can be quite complex, as it usually involves working on layers of emotions, feelings, and beliefs that caused the physical blockage in the first place. There are a lot of theories about emotional (metaphysical) causes of various illnesses and diseases. If we go back to Chinese Medicine again, it tells us that our emotions do influence how our bodies work. ... According to this philosophy, excessive emotions and stresses create certain blockages in our body meridians (energy lines) which run through our whole body. As a result of that, certain functions and organs in our body start working not as well as they are capable of. The possible reason for that is the fact that those stresses and excessive subconscious emotions consume a lot of our vital energy. The same energy which is meant to be directed towards restoring the homeostasis (equilibrium) in the body and, therefore, the body's ability to heal itself. This is the main reason a lot of people are interested in resolving the deep emotional causes of their physical disbalances. There are a few reference books of physicians and therapists who worked with thousands of clients and compiled resources that list possible causes of various illnesses, based on their experience with those people. In my next post, I will give you a list of reference books you can use if you are trying to uncover a deep emotional cause of your physical condition.
05.01.2022 Can I Heal a Physical Condition using Emotional Release Techniques? Most of the time we need to shift through multiple layers of emotions for the physical sensation to lessen or disappear. It can take weeks, months, or even years.... Therefore, if you focus on the actual physical result, you can easily get discouraged by the lack of short-term progress. It is a lot more rewarding to see that you CAN release negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions associated with the physical disbalance. As we discussed in one of my previous posts, letting go of challenging and draining emotions helps to eliminate blockages in meridians in our body that deliver energy to all of the vital organs. As you continue with regular emotional release work, your body will start restoring the flow of energy to and between all of the organs. Which in turn, should slowly help your body to regain its in-built ability to heal itself, but it does not happen overnight. Soon, I will share some of my client's, as well as my own healing stories to give you a little insight into what is actually possible if we turn using emotional release techniques into a habit. 03.01.2022 First, I want to share something very special with you today! After months of preparations, I finally just launched my first ever Live 3-Day " Learn to Release Your Emotions" Challenge. Really big and important step forward for me... Remember in one of my recent posts I promised to tell you what I meant by 3 Different Ways we collect information from the outside world? Here it is! Ever since I was a kid, I have always KNOWN what emotions I was experiencing. However, I simply could not figure out what people meant by "visualizing releasing negative emotions" no matter how much I tried. It wasn't until I discovered an Emotional Release technique that actually involved using my inner hearing when I finally got what emotional release actually meant! A similar thing happened with a number of my clients: I would be asking them to release an emotion by naming it, and it made completely no sense to them. It wasn't until I mentioned that they can also try to let go of an emotion by using a VISUALIZATION process, that they would jump with excitement because it just made so much sense to them! Again, same thing with the last group of clients who were completely clueless about what I meant until I mentioned that they could also release emotions by working directly with their PHYSICAL BODY.
