16.01.2022 Review by Linda Dawson (Longreach):- Kirby has helped me with my habit of eating every time I walked into a house ,shop or servo ,drinking coffee and coffee milks at every chance . I would eat and drink ,then feel like shit then eat and drink more . All of that has stoped now, I only eat 3meals a day ,only fresh food and I don't look for sugar any more . Feeling much better ! A good friend expects MORE of you than YOU expect of yourself . ....interesting isn’t it? a good friend will listen ....... a good friend will help you grow, not enable you to do stupid shit... a good friend will say ‘yes that does make u look fat ....’ a good friend will hold your hair if you’ve had too many ‘Vinos’.... a good friend will rock up with a bottle of wine when u need it.... a good friend will be loyal and protect u with their life... a good friend won’t talk ill of u with others ...... a good friend just cares ... The best way to be a really good friend is to read these and see what you ARENT being ... what changes in behaviours do you need to be that good friend ?
