25.01.2022 A beautiful day on the Koonung Trail today, perfect after my weights session this morning with my trainer. I have clients that I walk with to give them accountability and also a companion to talk to and share their news with. If you are looking for some accountability and to get out and do some more exercise let me know and I can have a chat with you about the services I offer. I am a mobile personal trainer and can come to a park near you. #keepmoving #walkingbuddies #personaltraining #summer2020

20.01.2022 I love reading inspiring stories about women that have beaten the odds to find themselves again in some way. The latest book I have read is by Sam Bloom - Heartache & Birdsong. What a moving and amazing story of a special bond with a baby magpie and how it helped her recover after an accident. The photography by her husband Cam is beautiful. I highly recommend I am now reading about Penguin Bloom - the special magpie - very inspiring!! #penguinbloom #motivation #sambloom

13.01.2022 Yes it’s now Winter and we need to nurture our bodies and honour the slowing down as the weather brings us indoors more. I have discovered these beautiful herbal teas while away called Love Tea and they are made here in Victoria. My favs are the Chai, Detox, Tumeric and White Rose and Goji. #lovetea #herbaltea #nurture #thankful

10.01.2022 Well it's Monday and the start of the week again - are you wondering how you will start your move to a healthier and more active lifestyle and how this looks? We all reach a pain point in our lives where we say to ourselves "this has to change". This is what happened to me and I was lucky to find a program and personal trainer that resonated with me - we are still training today! If you would like to learn more about how I can help you with a tailored PT program get in touch or comment below. I concentrate on your goals and how exercise looks for you, there is no calorie counting just some assistance with food preparation and some great exercise sequences. Enjoy your day!! #getstarted #spring2020 #keepmoving #outdoorlife #strengthtraining

05.01.2022 If you are looking for a meat alternative I have found these at Woolies they are by Bean Supreme in New Zealand. Good macros and the taste is also! #foodoptions #healthyeating

01.01.2022 As I walked on the trails this morning I listened to an e-book I recently bought - Think Like a Monk by Jay Shetty. As I am a Yoga Teacher in training this book resonated with me and I am so glad I found it. It proves to me that how we live our lives is all about mindset and the time we give ourselves each day. Our minds are amazing and when we build into our days simple routines, time to reflect, time to eat properly, time to be present, time for exercise we develop habits... that serve us well. Do you take some time for exercise and being with yourself, reading a book or meditation? If you rose 15 minutes earlier every morning for a week what would you do? I love rising early and giving gratitude each morning, it sets the tone for my day! Enjoy this lovely day and be grateful for the small things. #keepmoving #spring2020 #ThinkLikeAMonk #outdoorlife #getstarted #mindsetmatters See more
