18.01.2022 Gosh I LOVE being alive 10 years ago today I was told I had 5 years left on this Earth. Thanks to a positive change in lifestyle, incredible doctors and specialists, the endless support of family and friends, one amazing husband, and a healthy, never-give-up attitude I’m still here and jumping. Last week’s check up scan was all clear and I couldn’t be happier. Statistics are nothing. People are everything. Can’t wait to post something similar in another decade.

The South West Holistic Health Network is proud to present a screening of the award-winning documentary about mindfulness and mental health, My Year of Living Mindfully. In a world-first experiment, journalist Shannon Harvey went in search of answers to the mental health crisis and recruited a team of scientists to put mindfulness meditation to the test.
