21.01.2022 Over the past couple of months during Covid19 we’ve heard lots about social distancing, cough etiquette and washing our hands, from the medical experts. But I haven’t heard any of them mention boosting our immune system to reduce our chances of becoming infected in the first place. So make sure you are eating healthy nutrient dense food, keeping your zinc and vitamin C levels up and soaking up some vitamin D out in the fresh air.

02.01.2022 Have just been watching nutritionist Joanna Macmillan on the Today Show promoting processed packaged food as healthy snacks for work and school. Muesli bars, sugar laden flavoured yoghurts and lentil chips! Even her own home made cookies and banana bread, full of flour and sugar! No wonder we are fat and sick! Makes my blood boil!!
