03.01.2022 Yesterday was our annual Ahimsa (Harmlessness) Yoga Workshop. We shared a wonderful yoga class, vegetarian lunch, talk on Ahimsa and guided meditation, all with the focus on how we can be less harmful to those at our mercy, especially animals. We raised $800.00 which will go to Animals Australia for their work on educating Australians on what actually goes on in factory farms, puppy farms, grey hound racing, the live export trade, the duck shooting season, just to name a few.... It was a wonderful day and I wanted to thank all those who came and made this possible. Please keep an eye on the website for more workshops like this in the near future.
