16.01.2022 So have you started to Practice Meditation? If so let's look at a few more tips to help. Check-in with how you are feeling when you start to meditate. How does your body feel? What is the quality of your mind? busy? tired? anxious?... See whatever you are bringing to your session as OK! If you struggle to switch off count your breaths. As you breathe in 1 as you breathe out 2 until you get to 10 then repeat. Your mind will wander. When this happens and it will, Smile and come back to your breaths counting 1 to 10 and repeat. You may feel a little frustrated, that's ok we all find it hard to stay focused and that is why it is called practice. Make a commitment to yourself to give it a go. Not just for a week but for a month. You can practice meditation almost anywhere. Look out for some more tips next week.
