07.01.2022 When I use to see a dog in a muzzle I would not only avoid the dog but think about how terrible the owner was. I didn’t understand what the muzzle was for and h...ad no knowledge on how much freedom it can truly give a reactive dog. - - When I first adopted Marvel she gave zero warnings before she reacted. After using the muzzle it taught her how to communicate without using her teeth. It’s allowed her to go hiking with other dogs and enjoy several other activities that without a muzzle she wouldn’t be able to enjoy. - - Marvel is a reactive dog and I have had many highs and lows trying to manage her behavior. It’s not easy owning a dog that you constantly have to manage but she has taught me so much and makes me a better trainer on a daily basis. - - If you see an owner with a dog that’s muzzled. Take the time smile and make positive conversation because until you’ve owned a reactive dog - you will never understand the difficulty behind owning one. 02.01.2022 PLEASE DO NOT WALK YOUR FURBABY IF TOO HOT. THEY CAN OVER HEAT REALLY QUICKLY NOT TO MENTION BURN FEET. This is great to see if too hot for them. You can even walk in bare feet too. Ensure they have plenty of water & can get inside &/or shade. Take care
