I have had many inspiring yoga teachers on my journey learning about yoga, over the past 3 years I have added 'CHAIR YOGA' as one of the styles I LOVE to teach. A huge inspiration for me has been Sherry Zak Morris the founder of Yoga Vista / Vista California USA. I am honoured to have been accepted as a guest chair yoga teacher on the yogavista.tv website! This is an online library of classes accessible for everyone. If you are interested in doing my class you could sign up for 1 month which works out to be $15.55AUD per month this also includes a 7 day FREE TRIAL PERIOD. Your CAN CANCEL anytime within the 7 days and you will be charged nothing. If however you are enjoying the yoga library and unlimited access to hundreds of, different styles of yoga classes you may choose to stay for a month or 2 until things get back to Normal before cancelling your subscription. To cancel your subscription just scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see a tab that says CONTACT US add your name, email and request to cancel subscription and press submit.
