09.01.2022 OPPORTUNITY TO WALK OVER NEW HARWOOD BRIDGE A Community Day will be held on Sunday, 17 November 2019 between 9am and 12pm allowing members of the community the... opportunity to walk over the new Harwood Bridge before it opens to traffic. An official ceremony to mark the occasion will be held at 11am. Come and enjoy a family-friendly walk across the new bridge. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! There will be free buses provided from park and ride locations at Yamba, Maclean and Mororo. Pedestrians and private vehicles will not be able to access the event location. Buses will travel to and from the following locations at regular intervals Wherrett Park - Corner of Central Avenue and Dunoon Crescent, Maclean. Mororo construction site compound off Lewis Lane, Mororo (Gate 95.1). Raymond Laurie Sports Centre 78 Angourie Road, Yamba.
