25.01.2022 Hey guys just a heads up, looks like the dog poachers are back, had a few peoples houses marked down dead end of Victoria st, suspicious cars around at odd hour...s, and suspicious people coming from properties with no obvious signs that they where an invited guest (like lights on ect), please be vigilant, keep your eyes peeled, look out for yourself and your neighbour and check daily for marks, spray paint, Ribbins, string, marker pen, bailing twine, stickers or anything unusual that does not belong usually coloured blue but they do change it up sometimes, an awful life or death for a dog. 23.01.2022 Airing your laundry! Yesterday a guy called up Neil Mitchell on 3AW Melbourne - 693AM saying that his father (also Niel) had gone missing and they feared for hi...s mental health. Niel did a shoutout on air saying that there was support available for him and that his family were desperate to hear from him. As it turned out, Niel was alone in his car listening to 3AW when he heard his son and Neil Mitchel reaching out to him. Niel returned to his family and is now getting support/help! We all have crap days and purple days ... but if you have been in a hole of despair for longer than 2 weeks, its time to seek help outside of your own brain! Sometimes its as simple as sharing your problem with a friend and all of a sudden your problem is halved! Some people are really struggling with life right now. The Financial losses and isolation are huge for some people. The #1 trigger for ill mental health and suicide in rural men is 3 times greater than men that live in cities. More than ever we need to be checking in on our neighbours and friends, dont wait for a polite time or invitation. There are ways to communicate.
