22.01.2022 Unfortunately we’ve been notified (email received at 5:30pm Friday) by Chiropractic Australia, that we are included in the 5 day lockdown. All Allied Health Services have been shut down unless their respective service can be provided via Telehealth. Providing an adjustment is tricky down a phone line. The online booking system is still up and running (excluding appts for this coming Mon, Tues and Wed), and we’ll be monitoring the answering machine closely, so if you need to ...contact us, leave a message at the Clinic (ph 9597 0313), and we’ll get back to you ASAP. 11.01.2022 Good morning dear folk of the Wenban Chiropractic Clinic, as mentioned in the previous post, we’re having some issues with our Telstra modem dropping out without warning or notification. Unfortunately this disables the online booking system and at times we lose our phone lines. It’s really fun as you can imagine. At the moment we’re doing the ‘Telstra Tango’ of them sending out a ‘Tech’ to assess the situation. We’re not sure when we’ll get this resolved but please dig deep, if you can’t book online, give us a call (9597 0313), and provided Telstra have managed to keep our phone lines available, we’ll make that appt happily.
