24.01.2022 And just like that we bid farewell to 2020! It’s been a year full of challenges in the world and getting netball back up and running was no exception to those challenges. We have demonstrated how resilient, determined and passionate netballers truly are. Our tight knit netball community is amazing! To the 536 individual players, coaches and umpires that took to the court over the past 4 weeks, you’re all champions! I could not have felt more supported in the faith you all continued to show the Wendouree Netball Association when a return to netball was within reach. The words of encouragement over this time were aplenty so thank you one and all and hope to see you all back with us again in 2021!

23.01.2022 Well hello!! Happy New Year to you all. We would like to welcome you all to our new Central Highlands Netball League Page. We thought that creating a page, rat...her than a group, would make the Central Highlands Netball League more accessible to the public and promote our fantastic league and the opportunities it provides to netballers in the region. Please keep your eye on this page and we will try to keep you updated with all the latest news and stories. Posts will still be approved by the commitee but we encourage you to let us help you when we can! We look forward to seeing you really soon at the league AGM on February the 3rd! 22.01.2022 Expressions of Interest - Junior Competitions With the Return to Community Netball projected from November 23rd, we are seeking expressions of interest from junior teams to return to netball to play 3-4 rounds for what is remaining of the year. Our start date is scheduled (pending State Government approval) Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th of November. Age groups of 12 & Under, 13 & Under, 15 & Under and 17 & Under on offer. Given the few short weeks, these rounds will be more about getting juniors back on court as a celebration of netball - hence no finals. Just 3-4 weeks of matches for all to enjoy! 19.01.2022 In 2021 the Wendouree Netball Association will host the Western Region Association Championships on Sunday 27th of June!

09.01.2022 With only one night of competition left for the year this Thursday, let me take this opportunity to thank each and every player, coach, parent, umpire and supporter who has weathered the storm so to speak, and returned to netball at Wendouree these past few weeks. We weren’t sure how many of you would return, but how humbling it is to have had 70 teams come back and play for such a short time!
