24.01.2022 @thepropertyshopmudgee RENTAL TIP If you are renting a property with an A/C unit, did you know that you need to clean the filters regularly in order for the A/C to work effectively? When the filters are cleaned, the A/C unit will cool and heat the room at the set temperature, keep the air clean, eliminate bad household odours and importantly reduce your electricity bills!... So how do you clean the filters? It’s really simple. Remove the filters and give them a good brush or vacuum first, followed by a wash in warm soapy water, and then rinse and dry before replacing in the unit.
