01.01.2022 Here we are ready to close out 2020 and journey into 2021. 2020 a year that has woken us up to what's important in life. A year of lockdowns and so many are still in lockdown or waiting on results of Covid tests. It has been year that have given us time to reflect on the things perhaps we have taken for granted. Health, family, being together, freedom to travel to name a few. A year filled tragic changes with the loss of loved ones, jobs and life as they knew it. A year man...y wishing was over. But let's not wish it gone without looking back and learning from the lessons of 2020. Can I encourage you today to take time to stop and reflect on the year. What have you learnt from 2020? Reflecting helps us better to see our successes, failures and lessons learnt. Reflection questions: 1. What have been your greatest learnings out of 2020? 2. What have you changed because of 2020? 3. What are some lessons/life changes that you will you carry with you into 2021? 4. What are the things you are grateful for from 2020?
