14.01.2022 Oh my! I just came across this treasure - a rehearsal of our Divest song performed in an earlier incarnation of the band. Thank you to Tony Baron for posting this. A great eco song. And though it and other eco songs may be heard at an upcoming gig with Gary Pinkerton at Ballina RSL in August (which sis so far going ahead) and Casino RSM in October with the band, unfortunately a top 20 indie country single and several eco-ongs did not rank highly enough to get a slot in the peace-love-sustainability themed Nimbin Roots Fest. 2nd year applying, 2nd rejection in an album promo year. 13.01.2022 Welcome, new friends to this page! How is everyone doing? Admittedly, I have not yet jumped on the live streaming bandwagon. Kind of hard with a band, but I am exloring ways to use Zoom to sync with other band members. 12.01.2022 Hey folks, long time between drinks as they say. I hope everyone is safe at home, or back at work. It may be a while before venues reopen but we will keep you posted on gigs. Brisbane Ekka was canceled but Ballina RSL in August may go ahead for duo with Gary, we'll have to wait and see. Waiting on some other festivals to get back to us, but hoping some future gigs will still come through. We'll keep you posted. For now though, don't forget the album is up on Spotify so you can figure out which songs to request when we do play - and the CD is available at Music Bizarre and from me directly, till I get the website sorted, still under construction. 10.01.2022 Hi gang, well I have been pretty hopeless about doing all the lockdown Covid stuff muso's are supposed to be doing now. On the heels of the Good Medicine single release through Key 2 Artists which yielded a topo 20 on the indie charts up till Covid hit, I "should have' released another single, but so wanted fresh photos or video to add. However I have been practicing with Gary and getting the band in the studio soon to rev up for gigs which may still happen before the end of the year. It's so hard to plan, and sometimes challenging to stay positive - but I wish all who read this good vibes and inspiration to keep doing what you love!
