20.01.2022 Limeburners Grove was the venue for a brilliant Nordic ceremony this weekend. All the guests dressed in costume to celebrate the Wedding of Dylan Ulfrsonr and Sarah Daniels. The ceremony was a mixture of the old & new.....a High Priest & Priestess from the city performed blessings, offerings and prayers to the Gods (Frigga, Thor & Freya) in front of the alter. ... Dylan and Sarah exchanged rings & swords, presented by their grandparents - this was a touching moment and even I got a lump in my throat. Mead was shared between the Bridal Party, with Dylan and Sarah drinking from Viking Horns.....all the guests had to be happy with me flicking Mead over their faces and heads. After the ceremony lots of games were played, tug of war, sword fights and axe throwing. Congratulations Dylan Ulfrsonr and Sarah Ulfrsonr. Yes I DO have problems saying your new surname lol.

It's an old Irish custom, if he refuses to accept the proposal then he has to buy you a new dress or a fur coat lol... The big question is...would you? Should you? Can you???? Put your big girl pants on and Do It! (at least you'll know, one way or the other)

14.01.2022 Shauna and Rob - Mr and Mrs Notaristefano, yes they finally got married. We had the ceremony at The Pines, Gledhow. Shauna looked stunning. Dare I mention that all the bouquets got left at home, this seems to happen a lot lol, thanks to one of the bridesmaids racing back home to get them, all the girls had flowers for the ceremony. Rob was very quiet in the minutes leading up to the ceremony.....last minute nerves set in.... 08.01.2022 Annabelle and Jamie had planned to have a tiny little ceremony on Lowlands Beach - but things seemed to grow and grow, as they do...so we held their Wedding at Annabelle's mums property in Lowlands, with a few horses looking on. Jamie was a bundle of nerves leading up to his Bride's arrival, he was shaking, swearing and sweating making me giggle heaps.. even a couple of jelly shots didn't calm him down lol. Annabelle looked so pretty, wearing her mum's bridal headpiece and c...arrying her mum's wedding bouquet - I love a bit of sentimentality They held their reception in their farm shed and had a really fun night.. Did I mention Jamie's hair? It was quite emotional sometimes, Sam's sister in South Australia watched the ceremony via video which was great for her. The sun came out which was a pleasant surprise!
