14.01.2022 I realise this image isn't for everyone, that's ok if it's not, I ask that you simply just keep scrolling I recently had this mumma in the studio who asked if I could capture this beautifully raw image of her miracle baby, and the scar that was the difference between life and death for her little one. I was honoured "After a very traumatic emergency C section with my 2nd child Sophie I wanted a VBAC (vaginal birth after C section) with our 3rd. I was determined to have o...ne. Unfortunately after a trip to my obstetrician at 39+4 weeks pregnant he informed me that our little baby had only a very small pocket of fluid around her and needed to be born in the next few days. I was incredibly nervous and felt powerless. We booked in for a scheduled C section and it was a true blessing as when she was born she also had a true knot in her cord. It saved her life." - Nat
