11.01.2022 Truth Truth...it's something that is at the top of my list of values. And I reckon being truthful is like being pregnant - you either are or you aren't. There is no trying to be pregnant, no sometimes being pregnant, it's an all or nothing yeah!?! So we can't say we are a Truther, yet not be honest about what we do in our lives - even right down to taking a paperclip or photocopy from a workplace, or saying we will do something and not, or discreetly miss out valuable informa...tion when we go about our days work. Trouble is, when we are not truly honest, we have to have a long memory and that can be tiresome to say the least. And then there is us, as the individual living our lives.... Is there discomfort, a lack of peace or happiness or success? See, we have many things happen in our lives that has us not be in truth. Truth is, that little voice that sits on our shoulder and casts doubt - let's call him Freddie...well he is no Truther. You see, the truth is you ARE beautiful, you are deserving, you are worthy, you are intelligent and smart, you are capable, you are strong, you are lovable, you are loving. You get my drift... Throughout our lives, we have heard little quips from others that we may not realise it, but Freddie keeps a tally. And when we hear him constantly chatting those things at us, we begin to allow that to be our truth. But when we are totally honest with ourselves, we know all of that is bullshit. Yes, there may have been mistakes made in the past that kinda gives power to Freddie's chatter. Truth is, we can shut him up and all it takes is to step into some inner work. The work that allows you to choose to rewrite the pages with forgiveness, gratitude, and love....lots of love. We ARE Love.... What are some of the chatter you hear or have heard from your Freddie?
