25.01.2022 Honey biscuits! It’s that time of year again! To pull out my favourite family recipe. To stop and think of all the generations before me who used this recipe. Strong, kind hearted, loving women. I pray I do them justice!

23.01.2022 Good morning. With the new restrictions placed upon us, we are able to seat only 15 people in the cafe, plus the 4 seats outside. We cannot accept bookings for groups of more than 10. It would be helpful if you limited your time seated to an hour, so that more people are able to have the opportunity to do the same. Of course we need time to sanitise tables in between as well. Please be patient during this time. Remember to wash your hands, sanitise and distance. Hopefull...y this will only be for a few weeks. Love and respect to you all. See more

It will be well worth it if it does that. We look forward to seeing you again on the flip side, with one of life's essentials, good coffee. And yummy food to go with it. 02.01.2022 Well, 2020 is almost done and dusted. It's been an interesting year, alternately frustrating, inspiring and scary - a real roller coaster of a year. We've felt every emotion along the way. The thing I choose to remember is the kindness, love and encouragement we have received from you. It's that which has kept us going when we've felt like giving up. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you've given us. We've worked hard all year, and need a little ...break now. We'll be closing on Wednesday, 23 December at 4:00pm, and opening again on Monday 4 January at 8:30am. We pray you enjoy Christmas and New year surrounded by family and those you love. I know for me it will feel that little bit extra special this year. Love, Peace and Joy.

02.01.2022 Our first day of trade here at Wendy’s was the Tuesday after the long weekend, 2007. So you might say that today is our 13th birthday. The journey has not always been easy, and 2020, the year of COVID-19 has certainly been a steep learning curve for us. But above all I remember the support that we’ve had along the way. The beautiful customers, the love we’ve felt. The joy we feel serving you with food and coffee that comes from the heart. So, happy birthday to us. And bless you all for the support and love through all these years.
