25.01.2022 A huge shoutout to our President Samantha Garrick on International Womens Day. Sam has put so much of her time and effort into making our group what it is today, so thank you for doing what you do. Another huge shoutout to all the women in our band who commit their time and effort not just on the committee, but to playing and having fun with us every week.
24.01.2022 This weekend the Weribee Concert Band will be performing at Wyndham City Councils Australia Day event. This is a free, all age event! Not only will we be performing at 7:30PM, but we will be opening for BABBA, Australia premier ABBA show! There will also be kids activities, market stalls, food trucks, as well as an outdoor cinema and a laser light show!... This is an event that is not to be missed - so make sure you get down to see us at 7:30PM!

23.01.2022 Were rehearsing outside tonight to prepare us for Australia Day this weekend! Make sure you get down from 7:30PM on Sunday for some good tunes and activities!

20.01.2022 We've still not been together as a group since March (12th), but that hasn't stopped us producing content. We've put togeher this Iso-edition of Instant Conert. This is a favorite of many band members and its been part of our music library for many years now. We're sure you'll enjoy picking up all the little details in it just as much as we had fun putting it all together. A special shout out to our friends at Warracknabeal & District Band who helped out with this one!!
20.01.2022 Tonight we were due to have our final rehearsal at Wyndham Harbour before we take part in the Moomba Festival on Monday - but weve been rained out! 10.01.2022 Here is a throwback to when times were a bit more simple. On this day five years ago we celebrated the centenary of the landing at Gallipoli. We participated twice in the ANZAC parade in Melbourne and it was bucketing down with rain. Today is a little more different. Whether you had a driveway dawn service or you watched it on TV, we hope you and your family are staying safe.... Lest we forget.

08.01.2022 A message from our President. Attention all band members, friends and family, As I am sure you are all aware, we are currently in the midst of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Measures are being taken all across the globe in order to stop the virus. As such the Wyndham City Council will be closing a number of council venues in order to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19.... Included in the list of council venues being closed is the Diggers Road Hall. This means that the hall will no longer be available for rehearsals. Therefore, it is with great sadness that the committee has unfortunately decided to cancel rehearsals until further notice. We will always put the health and safety of our members and their families first, and feel that this is the right decision in the current climate. As there are no rehearsals, it also means all of our upcoming performances are no longer going ahead. As this is an ever changing situation we will endeavour to keep you updated with information like when we are able to rehearse again. If you have any questions please feel free to send us a message.
