23.01.2022 What a great weekend for our Junior Sides! Our Under 11's had two great games and it was great to see them out on the field enjoying Cricket! Our Under 13's came away with their first win for the season. Vethik lead the charge in the team bringing his 50 run haul up on the last ball of the Innings. ... Our Under 15's came away with their second win for the season. Jasminder leading the charge by hitting 56 runs off 32 balls. Such a great weekend for all Juniors and their families! Lastly, a big Happy Birthday to Committee Member, Under 15's supporter and Cricket Mum extraordinaire Cass Brooks! We are so happy your son Jack was able to take the last wicket of the game as a special Birthday present for you!

01.01.2022 What a great weekend of Cricket! Our under 11's and 13's had great fun on Friday but unfortunately did not come away with the win. Our Under 15's on Saturday morning came away with another win securing their place at the top of the ladder. ... Our Senior Men's 1st XI came away with their first win for the season. The 1st XI lost the toss and Kingsville elected to bat. As a unit our boys bowled very well and executed their game plans perfectly. Bowling standouts - Joel Russell 6 overs 2 for 11 andAgha Adeel 5 overs 0 for 13. Bowling star for the day however was Jayden Golowka with 8 overs 4 for 39. Young gun Ben Astbury bowled well on debut. Kingsville were all bowled out for 130 in the 37th over. The batting was well shared across four or so guys with no one able to go on with a start with the exception of Callum O'Malley who by virtue of hitting the winning runs by hitting a huge 6 into cows corner in the 35th over and finished not out for 22. Other batting scores of note - Adam Wilson out for 20, Agha Adeel out for 28 and Jacob Russell out for 25. It was a great team effort and we look forward to seeing more of this in the weeks to come. Our 2nd XI unfortunately did not come away with a win but batted out 40 overs with Joel Torr hitting 50. Our 3rd XI unfortunately did not come away with a win but Pavan Singh made 33 on debut, Jack MIddlebrook and Farhan Akram both making over 30 runs. Mick Golowka took a sensational catch in the field. A big thank you to Lochie Insall for filling in. Our 4th XI came away with another win securing their place at the top of the ladder with a great score of 5 - 239 and bowling Laverton out for 93. This week is the last week of games before the Christmas break. We look forward to seeing you all there!
