25.01.2022 Gym update.Exciting day with last bit of equipment arriving.8wks of waiting and it's finally all come together.When i new i was opening gym the leg press was actually the first item i ordered as it was big request from clients with it arriving last.So happy with everything has gone with some amazing help by great mates and family and very long hours of organising it all went very smoothly and fell into place.Was just meant to be after many yrs of hard work.Memberships for gym are now available with 20 limited spots available for memberships.Big thank you to all those who have helped me to achieve my goal and all the loyal clients that have believed and trusted me as a trainer and coach.

23.01.2022 HI, To my clients and anyone interested in training in my classes.Great news u dont have to pre book.Please allow 5 minute tho to sign in and fill out waiver etc.Also clean gym clothing and clean towel mandatory.Memberships are still not available due to waiting on more equipment and should arrive in next 2 wks altho casual visit to gym is available out of class times.address for gym is 8/9 cnr west st and Richmond rd.Thank you

22.01.2022 Awesome morning at gym..My great mates and clients from proserpine travelling up to train and 1 my senior students puting in few rounds on pads after strength and conditioning session.Very proud of all these boys.

11.01.2022 Gym update is almost complete beside squat racks and few other equipment arriving this wk.Gym and up stairs free weights and stretching yoga room is now open to members and casual visits.Member ship prices are 1 month for single member for $120 no sign up fee or contract.Family package is $180 for month for 2 adult 2 children to age of 16yrs. Casual visit to gym is $12 .These prices do not include classes but if u member classes are half price at $8. ... GREAT news with yoga with Megan Anne Mattingley yoga instructor will be holding 2 yoga classes a wk starting in couple wks with 1 class for children on a Wednesday 3.30pm and adult class on a Thursday evening at 5.30pm.These classes with be pre booked and payed for 1 month advanced.Drop in to gym or msg myself or Megan to secure your spot.Gym opening times will be Monday to Friday 5.30am to 8.30pm.Saturday/ Sunday 6am to 6pm $10 casual visits on wknds. 11.01.2022 Hi everyone.Unfortunatly My cousin was involved in a serious car accident on Friday night and has been placed on life support and fighting for his life with many internal injurys and broken bones.Any little bit of kind finacial support would be much appreciated to help keep mason family by his side.thank u so much Prays and thoughts are with you cousin
