23.01.2022 Probably no great surprise with this survey. Alexanders Jonathan Bells name definately has a ring to it... The inverse is also true, when commodity prices are sky high, geoscientists are like hens teeth and extremely well remunerated. https://au.news.yahoo.com//geo-jobs-directly-related-to-/

22.01.2022 The Dun & Bradstreet business expectations survey showed employment expectations at their highest level in more than seven years. It said, competition for new staff and its effect on wages were issues most likely to affect business conditions into the middle of the year. Twenty seven per cent of companies expect wages growth to be the primary influence their business, up two percentage points from the previous month.

20.01.2022 New jobs in July more than double expectations, big surge in part-time but slump in full-time. SA the big improver, WAs unemployment moves from 5.7% to 6.3%.

10.01.2022 Will be interesting, keeping watch of global financial markets and any reaction from major employers, especially in the financial sector! Am thinking back to late 2008 and the premature panic with staffing and redundancies!

09.01.2022 The New Year Conundrum: Do I stay or do I go now? Every January, recruiters return to work and spend plenty of time speaking with Candidates, hearing about the revised career plans hatched over the holiday season (we should add, at no charge!). Remember there are genuine pros and cons for staying and for going! The New Year Conundrum: Do I stay or do I go now???

08.01.2022 Had a quick read and found this story a very interesting insight. Speaking with so many experienced executives who are expressing some of these issues and concerns. So much under-utilised talent being overlooked! https://au.news.yahoo.com//understanding-the-older-workfo/

07.01.2022 Newspapers or Online Advertising, which works best? Recent Client conversations continue to provide us with very mixed opinions! We say that Newspapers still provide results especially for senior roles, assuming it is well crafted, that is not loaded with recruiter clich! However, some roles are well covered from a cost/benefit perspective with an online strategy & approach!

05.01.2022 Probably no great surprise with this survey. Alexander's Jonathan Bell's name definately has a ring to it... The inverse is also true, when commodity prices are sky high, geoscientists are like hen's teeth and extremely well remunerated. https://au.news.yahoo.com//geo-jobs-directly-related-to-/
