Will you be able to sit with the building designer to discuss your brief or will you just be dealing with the sales rep? Will you be able to meet the owner of the business, will they have a personal involvement in your project to discuss any queries or will you be allocated a client liaison officer who may never attend your site? Can they demonstrate any custom designed and built homes that they have previously built that reflects your brief? How many homes will your supervisor be looking after during construction of your home, and will you have access to his mobile number? Will you be able to choose any appliances, plumbing fixtures, wall & floor tile selections to your liking, or will you have to pick within a std builders range ?
