13.01.2022 Hey All, Its time to dust those cobwebs off our yoga mats and get moving and stretching again. Classes are back starting tomorrow night 19:00 at RDAS School Hall.... $15 for a 1hr Vinyasa Yoga Class Must bring youre own towel and preferably youre own mat, I will still have a few spare mats for those who need them.
