24.01.2022 Happy Friday church This week, lets be devoted to prayer for all the injustice in the world right now, and lets believe that our righteous God who loves justice hears our prayers and has the power and authority to move through impossible situations

23.01.2022 Hey church! Heres our next PSALM devotion from Pastor Andy ~ Our words have POWER, so lets be conscious to not use them like the people in verse 1-4, but think about how we can use Gods pure and trusted words to encourage others and bring them closer to Him Have a blessed weekend church and well see you tomorrow 10AM and 11AM

22.01.2022 Happy Friday Church! He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Psalms 147:3 NIV

21.01.2022 Hey ladies! The next Shalom ladies fellowship meeting is next Wednesday 26th Aug 10:30am- 12pm over zoom! See you guys there

21.01.2022 PSALM 14:7 . The fool says in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, their deeds are vile; there is no one who does good. The Lord looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek God. All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one. Do all these evildoers know nothing? They devour my people as though eating bread; they never call on the Lord. But there they are, overwhelmed with dread, for God is present in the company of the righteous. You evildoers frustrate the plans of the poor, but the Lord is their refuge. Oh, that salvation for Israel would come out of Zion! When the Lord restores his people, let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad! . Psalms 14:1-7 NIV

19.01.2022 Happy Friday church How encouraging is this devotional! God is always there to hear and accept our prayers, no matter how we have sinned, no matter how much we turn away from him, no matter how close or far we feel from him and no matter what season we are going through

19.01.2022 Hey church Hope you guys have had a great week Heres our next installment of the Psalms series Its incredible how even though David was the anointed King over all Israel, he still chose the posture of humility during time of conflict to search his own heart

19.01.2022 Happy Wednesday Church! You, Lord, will keep the needy safe and will protect us forever from the wicked, Psalms 12:7 NIV

18.01.2022 Hey church fam, this is our last 3pm gathering We have a huge band this week, and were super excited to worship with you all at home live for the last time in a while. Stay tuned for new things to come! We have stuff cookin

18.01.2022 PSALM 8 . Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory in the heavens. Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger. When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the... angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet: all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas. Lord, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! Psalms 8:1-9 NIV . As we reflect through the Psalm study @instandychin taught a few days ago, lets take a moment to consider the vastness of creation. . Our Father created it all, how special are we that out of everything He made, he looks fondly at us and desires to draw near to us. See more

18.01.2022 Happy Wednesday Church! Hope you are all staying COVID safe Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 Corinthians 4:16-17 NIV @ Wesley Conference Centre, Wesley Theatre

18.01.2022 Happy Friday church God invites us to come to him and even wrestle with him when we are in times of trouble and thats what David does in this Psalm. Thank you Pastor Andy for the encouragement that crying to God and singing to God when we feel troubled is a step of faith! Lets be mindful this week that God is there for us and cry out to him with confidence because our God is a God who never has and never will fail us

18.01.2022 After much prayer and discussion amongst the pastors and leaders, weve decided to change the nature and time of our existing 3pm worship gathering. This Sunday 2 August will be the last of our 3pm worship gathering and our new WIC gathering will start on Sunday 9 August at 11am via zoom. The primary reasons for this change are to increase interactivity, accessibility and sustainability:... - Interactivity: To create the opportunity for interaction amongst the WIC community. - Accessibility: We believe the 11am slot and the shorter duration (30min) will make the gathering much more accessible for WICers. - Sustainability: This change will ensure sustainability and enable us to develop the worship component of our 10am combined service to a much greater level of quality and engagement. The new 11am interactive WIC gathering will include WIC news, interactive teaching, testimonies, discussion times and communion once per month. As these changes take place, we believe it will enhance our worship and discipleship for Jesus. We will be sending out the Zoom link details closer to the date. For now please update your diaries with the new WIC gathering time of 11:00-11:30am from Sunday 9 August and spread the word Love, WIC pastors and leaders

03.01.2022 PSALM 12 Help, Lord, for no one is faithful anymore; those who are loyal have vanished from the human race. Everyone lies to their neighbor; they flatter with their lips but harbor deception in their hearts. May the Lord silence all flattering lips and every boastful tongue those who say, By our tongues we will prevail; our own lips will defend uswho is lord over us? Because the poor are plundered and the needy groan, I will now arise, says the Lord. I will protect them from those who malign them. And the words of the Lord are flawless, like silver purified in a crucible, like gold refined seven times. You, Lord, will keep the needy safe and will protect us forever from the wicked, who freely strut about when what is vile is honored by the human race. Psalms 12:1-8 NIV

02.01.2022 Morning church our 10AM service is streaming on youtube live right now!! Hope on for online church

02.01.2022 Wow church!! I am so moved at how our God is filled with both greatness and goodness; how he shows his glory through the wonder of creation yet still chooses to care so deeply for us humans How else can we respond but with praise? This week lets remember him through appreciating his creation, and thanking him for being mindful of us Thank you Pastor Andy for these weekly devotions

02.01.2022 PSALM 13 Ps @instandychin will be sharing something quick around this soon, watch this space! How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me? Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death, and my enemy will say, I have overcome him, and my foes will rejoice when I fall. But ...I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lords praise, for he has been good to me. Psalms 13:1-6 NIV

01.01.2022 This conversation helps us think about what unity in the church means (what has it got to do with me?) and how it relates to transforming the city and the Church. Prayer, humility, sharing of heart and goal ...are elements which will cement unity... We each play a part in building God's kingdom ..hear the encouragement from each pastor here https://subspla.sh/3jcm699 "....The work is extensive and spread out, and we are widely separated from each other along the wall. Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, join us there. Our God will fight for us! Nehemiah 4:19-20

01.01.2022 Thanks pastors for a great conversation around Thank You Lord Sunday! Is giving part of our identity? Why do we give? Where do we invest our time, talent and money? Ask God how you can be a blessing to His Kingdom. Join us this Sunday and be part of the conversation. https://subspla.sh/6kg2w9z
