10.01.2022 Just a reminder that our Christmas general meeting and a short training session is on Tuesday, 15 December at the OPBC starting at 6.30 pm. There will be some light refreshments served afterwards. I hope to see as many of you as possible there.

09.01.2022 WASTCA held their second annual Umpire’s Seminar on Saturday 19 September, which was very well attended by newer and current umpires. The sessions provided the umpires with lots of information and learning experiences and the opportunity to hear from some well-respected presenters. Congratulations to Terry Carter (UA) who organised the day. There are a number of pre-season training sessions as well as some in-season ones. The award winners from Season 2019/2020 were present...ed with their awards. Wilkinson Medal - Lloyd Tifflin Second Grade - Dave Reardon Second Division - Peter Kenny Best 1st Year Umpire - Aaron D’Costa Best T20/One Day Award - Ross Skuthorp Patron’s Award - Kusal Daraniyagala Brain Gardiner Award - Guy Leath Congratulations to the award winners on a great season.
